A deposit will be required for bookings larger than 6 or special private events agreed with management. Deposits made for table reservations can be used to the total of your bill at the end of your meal. Deposit payment accepted via credit or debit card must be paid at time of booking. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice are liable for full payment of deposit to be retained by the company.

Deposits and requirements for Christmas and Special events (e.g.: Mother’s Day) may vary to our standard policy – please contact us for more information.

Deposits for room hire are non refundable for private events 10 days notice is required for cancellation.

Where a deposit refund is approved, refunds are made to the card used to make the original payment. It could take up to 10 working days to receive the funds back into your account.

We do also require a pre-order of meal choices for bookings of 6 or more to be in no later than 7 days prior to the booking date.
 
We will send this to you via email, this will ensure a smooth, swift service.
 

Please Note:  Twin Farms only takes bookings for 8 or more on Sundays at either 12pm or 5pm

You may also struggle to get parking on Falcons rugby match days and we do our best to accommodate everyone.
