Our highly qualified development team offer training and guidance in cutting edge skills and emerging techniques, continuing to adapt to the fast paced environment of the hospitality industry.
Our programme is designed to impart contemporary professional skills and to encourage the personal development of our teams. Consequently, this ensures that we adhere to a system that produces consistency, quality and excellence.
Provenance is also extremely important to us. We are proud to say that we have a trustworthy supply of locally reared and grown produce. Through our Chef School we embrace seasonal changes to develop our menus, ensuring that they are continually fresh and up to date.
Our challenge overall however, is to develop and motivate our teams and young chef trainees through training and commitment.
