CDPs & Commis Chefs

We have several Chef de Parties / Commis Chef positions available throughout the company. It is essential that the Chef de Partie has creative skills matched to an outgoing personality allowing them to make the most of our locally sourced, fresh ingredients. You will be able to produce food of a high standard, and be confident in all aspects of food preparation and service. You are required to have the willingness to learn from more experienced chefs as well as passing on knowledge to junior members of the team.

 

Other essential requirements of the Chef de Partie & Commis Chef:

 

  • Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment
  • Experience working with fresh food
  • Up to date food hygiene and NVQ certificates
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Driven and self-motivated
